Pablo has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience in the UK and Europe – spanning asset management, investment, leasing and development – with a proven track record in managing high-value mixed-use portfolios.
Before founding Riviera in 2023, Pablo spent 4 years at Cadogan Estates leading the asset management of Sloane Street, Sloane Square and Pavilion Road – overseeing over 100 lease transactions with brands such as Christian Dior, Valentino and Ralph Lauren, and award-winning restaurants and hotels. He led the design development of large-scale projects exceeding £400m NDV.
Previously, Pablo spent 8 years at British Land, most recently as asset manager for a large shopping centre and retail park portfolio. He started his career at JLL and HSBC in Paris, and served as a non-executive director of Revo (formerly BCSC), the UK’s professional body for retail property, in 2020-21.
Dayk specialises in hotel valuations, feasibility studies and consulting projects across Europe, Middle East and Africa. He consults for both Riviera Real Estate and HVS, one of the UK’s leading hotel consultancies.
Between 2019 and 2023, he worked in the asset management and transactions team at L+R Hotels – one of the world’s largest private hospitality investment firms – on projects in London, Monaco and Spain. From 2015 to 2019, Dayk was a Senior Associate at HVS’s London office.
Earlier in his career, Dayk worked in management consulting and banking in Paris and New York, and held a role in Accor’s Middle Eastern finance department in Dubai.
Vlad is a registered architect practising in the UK and Austria, with expertise spanning creative design, feasibility, masterplanning and restoration, and a particular focus on mixed-use, heritage and high-end residential. He brings his architectural expertise to Riviera, advising across development and investment projects.
Vlad has worked with Studio PDP since 2013, more recently as an independent consultant. During that time he worked across a range of mixed-use projects within the Cadogan Estates portfolio, alongside large-scale residential schemes such as Regent’s Crescent and York Terrace East, both sensitive refurbishments of Grade-I listed John Nash buildings. Earlier in his career, Vlad was part of the team behind the winning Punta Colorada competition masterplan in Cuba and designed and delivered a parametric installation for the Saatchi Gallery.
Vlad studied at the Ion Mincu University of Architecture before completing his undergraduate studies at Liverpool University School of Architecture, where he was awarded the John Rankin Prize and won the Shanghai Pavilion competition. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Westminster.
