Pablo Pimienta, Founder
Pablo has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience in the UK and Europe ranging from asset management, investment, leasing and development, and a proven track record in managing high value mixed-used portfolios.
Before founding Riviera in 2023, Pablo worked at Cadogan Estates for 4 years where he led the asset management of Sloane Street, Sloane Square and Pavilion Road, overseeing over 100 lease transactions, with renowned brands such as Christian Dior, Valentino, Ralph Lauren, and award-winning restaurants and hotels. Whilst at Cadogan, Pablo led the design development of large-scale projects exceeding £400 million NDV.
Before Cadogan, Pablo spent 8 years at British Land in a variety of roles, most recently as an asset manager for a large shopping centre and retail park portfolio. Pablo started his career at JLL and HSBC in Paris.
In 2020-21 Pablo was a non-executive director of Revo (formerly BCSC), the UK’s professional body for retail property.
Dayk Balyozyan, Hotel Consultant
Dayk specialises in hotel valuations, feasibility studies, and consulting projects across Europe and Africa. He consults for both Riviera Real Estate and HVS, one of the leading hotel consultancies in the UK.
Between 2019 to 2023, he worked in the asset management and transactions team at L+R Hotels, one of the world’s largest private hospitality investment firms – working on projects in London, Monaco, Spain.
Between 2015 to 2019, Dayk was a Senior Associate at HVS’s London office.
Earlier in his career, Dayk worked in management consulting and banking in Paris and New York. He also held a role in the finance department at Accor’s Middle Eastern headquarters in Dubai.
